Native Plant Source greens K-W
Native Plant Source of Kitchener was recognized recently for its generous contribution to the newly constructed Living Roof at the University of Waterloo Environmental Studies Building.
Owner Jeff W. Thompson, says, “Our own charity, Trees For Learning, has operated for the last ten years, planting ball and burlap shade trees in Waterloo regional school yards for the benefit of children.” Thompson says that over 200 trees have been planted during this period of time.
