Davey Tree acquires Arbortech
The Davey Tree Expert Company of Canada announced the addition of customers and employees of Arbortech Professional Tree Care, a southwestern Ontario-based tree care company that has served area residents for over 20 years. Arbortech, founded in 1994, provides tree care services to clients in Strathroy, Ont., and beyond, including the Lake Huron and Lake Erie areas. John Arico, regional vice president for Davey’s Canadian operations, said Arbortech is a welcome addition to Davey. “We are continually looking to align ourselves with companies who share our values. For that reason, Arbortech was a natural fit.”
